Changing your diet from the SAD or Standard American Diet, which includes lots of carbohydrates, starchy vegetables and sweets, is hard enough but having to answer to self appointed critics, who can see no reason challenge the endless diet propaganda hurled at them since birth and who believe the FDA's grain heavy pyramid to the Bible of perfect nutrition, can be more of a labor then sticking to a new way of eating.

Mark's Daily Apple, a website devoted to Primal Eating, offers several excellent posts for help in dealing with those who wish you "only the best," which out of the endless depths of their ignorance, will only make you sicker and more confused than ever.
